Welcome .   Mission Made with Xara The mission of the Billy Miller Art For Life program is to provide youth with disabilities an outlet to build self esteem by expanding their opportunities to experience the arts.  Named for a teenager with multiple disabilities who succumbed to suicide when he left school and lost his artistic outlet, this program will help others like Billy uncover their artist within.
